We follow a primary cabinet body construction for anything we build & it's this general design that allows for the broadest flexibility of design & exterior esthetics. This page provides specific details of our construction practice combined with photo examples.

Standard Materials:

  • Interior material to be: 3/4" thick Domestic Maple, CARB-2 U.V.-Finish
  • Drawer body to be: 1/2" Baltic Birch, 9-ply U.V.-Finish, Dovetailed
  • Shelves: Same as Interior &, over 30" 3/4"x1-1/2" solid edge.
  • Exposed Interiors: To match exterior material grade & finish.
  • Exterior Material: Per-Specification, standard bid includes;
  • Paint Grade
  • Stain or Paint Hard Maple
  • Oak, Red or White
  • Clear Alder
  • Mahogany
  • Cherry
  • Walnut




Only the best hardware is used & as follows

Standard Hardware:

  • Drawer guides to be: Blum-Tandem-concealed with 'Blumotion'
  • Hinges to be: Blum Clip-Top Inserta with 'Blumotion'
  • Shelf supports: Nickel plated, spoon type-5mm, on 32mmBP
  • Other Hardware: Per-Specification, Hafele, K.V., Rev-A-Shelf
